It will be awhile before we post updated recent photos of this jennet as she came to us quite overweight.  Thank you Rebecca Woods for allowing this fine jennet to live at Half Ass Acres. We already love her.

Ginger was bred to Dennis Vonderfecht's dark red champion jack, Country Music's Rusty Weir, at Appalachian Farmstead in Knoxville for a foal due in the spring of 2024.

UPDATE! Ginger started bagging up on 2/15/24, so we expect her to foal exactly around her due date in approxiamately six weeks!

Ginger is the dam of two foals:

1) HHAA Bite the Bullet, 6/13/21, Light Brown Jack (Gelded). Sired by Goosebumps.

2) Unnamed Jack, 12/13/22, Ginger lost her 2022 brown jack that sadly did not make it out of the sack when our barn cams were down.
